MDO and sign panels
Designed for painted sign applications, these panels can provide a smooth, stable face. Confirm the exact panel grade, edge treatment, exposure rating, and coating requirements.
ACM
Aluminum composite material is smooth, dimensionally stable, and lightweight for its size. Surface preparation and primers must be compatible with the factory face; cut edges and mounting details still need planning.
Thickness and support
Larger panels need more stiffness and better support. Thickness alone does not determine safety: wind load, framing, fastener spacing, substrate strength, and panel weight all matter.
